She believes that "biomimicry is the art (and science) of imitating nature's best ideas with technology to make human applications more sustainable."

Lilian's work revolves around mimicking nature's intricate designs and incorporating sustainable, bio-sourced materials, such as those derived from agricultural waste. Her creations aim to be resilient, durable, and low-maintenance. In this project, her designs will embrace natural forms to create a sense of connection with the environment, promoting well-being and reducing stress.
